Delivery Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. What is delivered
ECCU Bankers Association Ltd. sells admission to conferences and events. Nothing physical is shipped. Delivery means two things: the electronic confirmation of your registration, and admission to the event itself on the published dates.
2. Electronic delivery
- Registration confirmation. Sent by email to the primary contact immediately on submission, normally within a few minutes and in any case within 24 hours. It carries a registration reference, the attendees listed, the tier and the total fee in XCD.
- Payment receipt. Sent by email once payment has settled.
- Joining instructions and delegate materials. Emailed to the primary contact and to each attendee ahead of the event, normally at least five business days before the start date.
There is no delivery charge. Delivery is worldwide to the extent that email is available, and is not limited by the delegate's location.
3. Admission to the event
Admission is at the venue and on the dates published on the event page. Bring photo identification matching the attendee name on the registration. Registration does not include travel, transfers, visas or accommodation, which each delegate arranges directly.
4. If you do not receive something
Confirmation emails occasionally land in spam or quarantine filters. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours of registering, check those first, then contact info@ecbankers.org or +1 (268) 720-4323 with the name of the organisation and the event. We will resend to any address you nominate.
Registrations are also visible in your account on https://eccuba.org while you are signed in, so a lost email does not put your place at risk.
5. Incorrect contact details
We deliver to the email addresses given on the registration. If those are wrong, tell us and we will correct them; we cannot be responsible for materials sent to an address supplied to us in error.
